What is in a PR-4 report?
A PR-4 records history, examination findings, diagnoses, the statement that the worker is permanent and stationary, the impairment rating under the AMA Guides 5th edition, apportionment, work restrictions and future medical care.
What is DRE vs ROM?
DRE (diagnosis-related estimate) places a spine injury in a category; ROM (range of motion) rates it from measured motion. Physicians may dictate either, or both with a reason for choosing one. We type the method, measurements and resulting percentage exactly as dictated.
How does the workflow run?
