Report and formatting questions
How we handle the report types and templates you send us most often.
Which report types do you transcribe?
IME, QME, AME, peer review, supplemental and re-evaluation reports, plus record reviews across general medical-legal, orthopedic/neurology, and psychiatric specialties.
Can you match my existing template?
Yes. Send your current template or a signed sample and we format to your exact structure, including PR-4, IME-4/5, EMA reports, and SLU forms.
What is your standard turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours, STAT service is 18 hours, and overnight delivery can be arranged per file.
What happens when the dictation is unclear?
Ambiguous audio in causation, apportionment, or validity language is flagged for physician review rather than filled in with a best guess.
