Encryption
Protected health information is transferred over encrypted connections, stored encrypted, access-controlled per user and retained only as long as your agreement allows.
Audit trail
Files are restricted to authorized users and tracked through an audit trail. Each file carries a record of who opened it and when.
BAA and NDA process
A Business Associate Agreement or NDA is available on request before the first file is submitted. We sign both where your policy requires it, including management-company paper. Ask for them in your first message, then send one dictation.
AI-use disclosure
Speech recognition is used only as a first pass inside our secure environment to speed up typing. Every report is reviewed and finished by a medical-legal transcriptionist before delivery, and nothing is delivered on machine output alone. Your dictation is not used to train AI models.
